Job’s Legacy Continues Post Mortem
In Steve Job’s new authorized biography, he’s quoted saying, “I will spend my last dying breath if I need to, and I will spend every penny of Apple’s $40 billion in the bank, to right this wrong. I’m going to destroy Android, because it’s a stolen product.” This is in reference to his belief that Google stole iPhone technology in the creation of their Android.
Job’s autobiography will be exclusively sold in Apple stores and is set to be three times the price of the average biography.
Currently Apple’s lawyers are preparing lawsuits to be filed against several biographies set for publication. They are claiming that the term, “biography,” is now the exclusive property of Apple.
